Abstract
胸锁关节脱位非常少见,可分为前脱位及后脱位两种.Cave在1603例肩带骨损伤统计中,胸锁关节脱位占3%[1],尽管发生率很低,但前脱位复位后多不稳定易发生再脱位,而后脱位多合并上纵隔压迫的严重并发症发生,因此早期诊断和治疗对预防并发症是很有必要的.
