超声引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿抽液并注入硬化剂治疗肝囊肿

Abstract
2005年9月以来,我们采用B超引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿抽液并注入无水乙醇的硬化疗法治疗肝囊肿35例,方法简便、安全,疗效满意.现总结如下.
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料本组35例,男25例、女10例,年龄23～72岁;35例中,27例临床表现为腹部包块、肝区胀痛不适、黄疸,8例无症状于体检时发现;单发囊肿27例、多发囊肿6例、多囊肝2例,囊肿大小为4.8～12 cm,穿刺抽出囊液量为50～900 ml.
