Abstract
目的 研究丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA降解的变化规律.方法 加速试验法测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA在不同温度下的含量变化.结果 丹参饮片中的丹参酮ⅡA降解的速率常数的对数(1gk)对温度的倒数1/T的关系为:lgk=-6869.21/T+16.709,r2=0.9969,t0.9=26.5年.结论 丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA较稳定.
