Abstract
子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EMC)又称子宫体癌(carcinoma of uterine corpus).子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道常见恶性肿瘤,其病理类型以子宫内膜样腺癌最为常见.近年来其发病率有上升的趋势,在我国,其发病率居妇科恶性肿瘤的第二位.其发病机制尚不明确,肿瘤的发生过程中总是伴随着癌基因的过度表达和抑癌基因的表达缺失.现就MDM2基因和蛋白的结构、功能及其在子宫内膜癌中的研究现状作一综述.
