Abstract

2005年1月～2007年10月,我们用甲基睾丸素加宫血宁胶囊治疗药物流产后阴道出血56例,疗效满意.现报告如下. 临床资料:选择门诊年龄在21～39岁之间,停经34～49d,经B超确定为宫内妊娠,无药物流产禁忌者,施行药物流产终止妊娠,妊娠囊排出后仍阴道出血,出血时间约15～36d.
