Abstract
扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)是在扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)基础上改进和发展而来的一种新的成像方法,它利用组织中水分子扩散运动存在各向异性的原理,从多个方向对其进行量化,从而反应活体组织细微结构和功能的改变[1].DTI在中枢神经系统中应用广泛,近年来,DTI逐渐被应用于脊髓研究,在颈脊髓疾病中研究较为多见[2],本文将对DTI在颈脊髓的临床应用研究作一综述.
