腱鞘囊肿是由关节中的腱鞘囊向外膨出引起的一种硬韧的局限性小肿物.为临床常见病、多发病,多在手腕背部、足踝骨前和足背,大小不一,坚硬光滑,按之不移,不痛或轻度酸痛,多因跌打扭伤或损伤经筋所致.我们用针刺治疗,并与西医手术治疗进行对比,现将结果报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 本组共60例,全部系我院门诊病人.
