Abstract
流动人口是性病艾滋病防治工作的重点和难点之一.而农村外出务工人员大多数为青壮年,正处于性活跃年龄阶段,很容易发生不安全性行为而成为性病艾滋病感染的高危人群,也容易将艾滋病毒从城镇带回农村[1].盐城市盐都区地处苏北腹地,流动人口以外出打工为主,属于劳务输出型地区.
