Abstract
地方性砷中毒是一种以皮肤损害为主的全身性慢性疾病,长期暴露于高砷环境会造成机体各系统的损伤.近年来,砷毒性的作用机制引起了学者的广泛关注,尤其是砷与抗氧化系统之间的相互作用.机体内部存在着包括酶类和非酶类在内的广泛而有效的抗氧化系统,其作用是控制活性氧(ROS)过量产生,消除自由基对细胞的损害[1].
