Abstract

[病例] 男,48岁.因胸痛4小时入院.4小时前无明显诱因出现压榨性胸痛,呈持续性,较剧烈,向背部放射,无恶心、呕吐等不适,院前予硝酸甘油口服及静脉滴注,症状无缓解.心电图检查示:窦性心律,V1～5导联弓背向上抬高0.2～0.4 mV.有高血压病史11年,口服降压药控制尚可.查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏66/min,呼吸18/min,血压135/90 mmHg.双肺叩诊清音,听诊呼吸音清晰,未闻及干湿啰音和胸膜摩擦音.
