Abstract
食管贲门癌手术患者常规于一侧鼻腔留置胃管和鼻饲管对其术后胃肠减压和早期鼻饲流质饮食提供肠内营养有极为重要的意义.笔者回顾性的调查分析了2007年1月到2008年6月我科426例食管贲门癌手术后患者胃管鼻饲管的留置情况,9例意外拔除,占2.1%.分析其原因并提出了相应的对策.
