Abstract
目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与青年高血压合并脑梗死的关系。方法对40例青年高血压患者(A组),40例高血压合并脑梗死患者(B组),及38例健康青年(C组)进行血浆Hcy的检测。结果A组和B组血浆Hcy水平均高于C组,而B组又高于A组。结论高Hcy血症是青年高血压合并脑梗死的重要发病原因之一。
