头位产钳助产73例临床体会

Abstract
2001年1月-2006年11月,本院对73例孕足月产妇成功实施产钳助产,现分析报道如下.
1 临床资料
1.1 一般资料 初产妇51例,经产妇22例;年龄21～37岁;孕周39+1～41+3周.中位产钳7例,其中胎方位异常3例,胎儿窘迫4例;低位产钳66例,其中胎儿宫内窘迫38例,宫缩乏力21例,胎方位异常11例.第二产程延长3例(可同时合并上述1～2种因素),智力低下1例.
