Abstract
我国高等教育已从"精英化"成功过渡到"大众化",众多的高校毕业生就业形势严峻,农科院校毕业生也逐年增加,虽相对比例低于水平值,但农科毕业生就业期望值却呈明显两极分化。文章分析了引起该矛盾的原因,并提出相应解决措施,试图为农科高校毕业生就业工作提供帮助。
