Abstract
目前,对于胺氧化酶,国内仅有单胺氧化酶 MAO(monoamine oxidase)和多胺氧化酶 PAO(polyamine oxidase)的报道,而对于氨基脲抑制胺氧化酶(semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase,SSAO),还未曾发现有关该酶的介绍.然而,氨基脲抑制胺氧化酶在体内生理和病理方面却发挥着极其重要的作用.所以充分认识该氧化酶分子病理学研究进展将有助于推动与 SSAO 有关的医学研究与发展.
