Abstract
国外多个大规模临床试验表明埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)能够有效终止缺血性心肌病伴左心功能不全患者的恶性室性心律失常,显著降低心脏性猝死(SCD)的发生率.到目前为止我科已对15例缺血性心肌病伴左心功能不全和恶性室性心律失常的患者植入了ICD,我们比较了传统的药物治疗和ICD对此类患者生存率的影响.
