Abstract
脑血管反应性(cerebrovascular reactivity,CVR)是指脑血管在各种舒张或收缩因素的作用下能够舒张或收缩的能力,扩血管反应性可用来评价脑血管储备能力.目前对脑血管调节能力的研究越来越受到重视,检测脑血管反应性对评价脑血管调节功能以及对脑卒中尤其是缺血性脑卒中的风险筛查具有重要意义.
