本文通过对32例老年甲减病人误诊情况进行分析,为及早确诊提供诊断思路.
1 临床资料
1.1 病例选择 2000年1月～2007年1月我院住院病人.
1.2 一般情况 32例(男12,女20)甲减病人,年龄(60～90)岁,平均(76±8.2)岁.均无甲状腺手术史,也未接受过131I治疗,除外了垂体性甲减(即继发性)或下丘脑性甲减.
