Abstract
心房颤动伴Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者,接受VVI型人工心脏起搏器置入术后出现心力衰竭。在保留原起搏器及导线的情况下,新置入2根电极导线分别至右室,及左室侧后静脉,与DDD起搏器心室及心房接口连接,行右室双部位双室同步起搏,临床疗效可。
