Abstract
急性心肌梗死(AMI)后左室重构(LVR,left ventricular remodeling)是指心肌梗死后心室大小、形态、结构和功能的变化过程,该过程包括梗塞区室壁心肌变薄、拉长,产生"膨出"即梗塞扩展(infarct expansion)和非梗塞区室壁心肌的反应性肥厚、伸长,致左室进行性扩张和变形伴心功能降低的过程[1].
