Abstract
Castleman病(Castleman's disease,CD)为淋巴结非典型增生性疾病,首先由Castleman在1956年总结报告该类病例而被命名.其临床表现具有很大的异质性,一般根据病变累及部位分为局灶型和多中心型.多中心型CD可合并多个系统损害,造成诊断的困难,现就我科近期诊治的2例多中心型CD病例,结合文献对其临床特点和治疗进展报告如下.
