腹部手术切口脂肪液化的临床分析

Abstract
2000～2005年,我科行腹部手术后发生切口脂肪液化的患者35例,年龄35～79岁,平均57岁,其中男13例,女22例;肥胖体形27例,一般体形8例;26例使用电刀,9例未使用;Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口27例,Ⅰ类切口8例;切口长度≥5 cm
者29例,＜5 cm者6例;手术时间≥2 h者24例,＜2 h者11例;急诊手术23例,择期手术12例;有基础性疾病(包括糖尿病、慢性支气管炎、冠心病、支气管哮喘、高血压、低蛋白血症等)者16例,无基础性疾病者19例.
