Abstract
<正> 颌面部创伤所致面部凹陷畸形及下颌骨外露临床常见。我科2004年5月至2006年3月采用胸锁乳突肌胸骨头肌(皮)瓣修复颌面部软组织缺损4例取得较满意效果,现报告如下。资料与方法1.一般资料:本组患者4例,男3例,女1例,年龄21～34岁。其中面颈部深度烧伤致右下颌骨外露1例,余3例分别因婴幼儿时面颊部感染、胎儿时官腔内注射引产针及局部
