Abstract
<正> 患者男,35岁。左膝关节包块疼痛2个月。2个月前有外伤史,呈持续性酸胀痛,伴左膝关节活动受限。体检:左膝关节肿胀,无压痛,膝关节活动度正常。MRI 表现:左膝关节间隙前部偏外侧见半月形长 T_1低信号(图1)及稍长 T_2信号块影,T_2WI 上为略高信号(图3),短时反转恢复(STIR)序列上为高信号(图2),大小33.0 mm×14.4 mm,边界清楚,向内呈铸形样伸入关节间
