外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)也称阴道念株菌病,为常见的外阴、阴道炎症,7.5%女性一生中可患1次VVC,40%～50%女性患2次VVC,约有5%患者复发(1年内发作4次及以上).本文对2003年3月至2004年9月就诊的78例反复发作VVC进行病因分析及对症治疗,现将结果报道如下.
