我们观察了6%羟乙基淀粉130/0.4(万汶,voluven)快速输注的扩容效果及对酸碱平衡的影响,并与生理盐水比较对照,现报道如下. 资料与方法 一般资料 选择下腹部或会阴部手术患者40例,男16例,女24例,年龄20～50岁,体重46～77 kg,ASA Ⅰ或Ⅱ级,术前无明显循环、呼吸系统疾病及水电解质酸碱平衡紊乱.随机分为羟乙基淀粉组(V组)和生理盐水组(S组),每组20例.
