Abstract
肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,简称IBS),是一种功能性肠病,是一组包括腹部不适伴慢性或反复出现的腹胀、腹痛、排便习惯和大便性状异常持续存在或间歇发作,但又缺乏形态学和生化学异常改变可以解释的症候群,其特征是肠道功能的易激性.近年来笔者临床选以排便次数增多、排稀水样便为主要表现的病人作为本综合方法治疗的对象,采用神阙隔物灸合耳压、针刺综合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征26例,疗效较满意.现报道如下.
