羊水过少是严重威胁胎儿宫内安全的重要原因之一,严重影响围生儿的预后.随着围产医学的迅猛发展,羊水过少日益受到广大妇产科工作者的关注.近年由于B型超声的广泛应用,羊水过少的检出率为0.5%～4%,发生率有所增加[1].羊水过少易发生胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息,增加围生儿的病死率.本文对我院256例羊水过少胎例进行回顾性分析,现报告如下.
