241例老年股骨颈骨折患者治疗的5年随访研究

Abstract
老年性或女性绝经后骨质疏松造成的老年股骨颈骨折的治疗方法有多种且各有优缺点,一个特定类型的老年股骨颈骨折患者究竟适合何种治疗方法,目前没有明确的指导规则.1995～2001年,我们共收治241例老年股骨颈骨折患者,采用不同术式对其进行治疗及随访,总结其效果,以便指导最佳术式选择.
