Abstract
压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)是较常见的妇科疾患.Kuo等[1]报道,绝经后妇女50%患有不同程度的尿失禁,其中SUI占50%～60%.由于随着患者年龄的增长,内科合并症增多,多愿意接受非手术的治疗方法.因此,探讨保守方法治疗绝经后压力性尿失禁具有深远的临床价值及社会意义.
