住院患儿抗菌药物应用大样本调查与分析

Abstract
临床抗菌药物使用情况调查通常采用手工方法[1-4],效率低,且样本量有限.为此,我们利用医院信息系统(HIS)现有的数据库和网络构架,采用PowerBuild开发工具成功开发了抗菌药物合理应用监控系统[5-6](下文简称系统),该系统可对抗菌药物的用量、使用途径、使用频率、联合用药、分级应用等指标实现定量监测.笔者利用该系统对2004年至2005年我院住院患儿抗菌药物临床使用情况展开大样本调查,旨在为抗菌药物的合理使用和相关政策的制订提供依据.
