Abstract
腰椎间盘突出症是由于损伤或退变的脊柱内外平衡功能紊乱,造成腰椎间盘纤维环破裂,髓核突出,压迫神经根,主要症状是腰伴单(双)下肢痛,严重者大、小便功能障碍.2006年3月～2007年3月我科运用中西医护理模式,对患者进行康复护理,效果满意,现总结如下:
