Abstract
以牙鲆为材料,通过RT-PCR扩增得到其Mx基因的cDNA序列,构建pPIC9K-Mx表达载体,并在毕氏酵母中实现了牙鲆Mx蛋白的真核表达,为进一步研究牙鲆Mx蛋白的抗病毒机制打下了良好的基础。
