Abstract
桡骨茎突腱鞘炎是骨伤科的常见病和多发病,多由慢性劳损所致.该病多发于中年妇女,近年来也多见于哺乳期中的青年妇女,尤其是初产妇较为典型,多呈急性发作.局部封闭疗效确切,简单易行,且复发率少.2001年～2005年我们收治43例患者,现总结报告如下.
