Abstract
有机磷农药中毒(acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,AOPP)后所出现的症状大致分为毒蕈碱样症状、烟碱样症状及中枢神经症状.其治疗原则包括:复活胆碱酯酶而解除烟碱样症状,拮抗乙酰胆碱而对抗毒蕈碱样症状.对有机磷中毒患者的救治越早越好,对已经"老化"的胆碱酯酶则无复能作用.皮肤吸收引起中毒的患者,要脱去被污染的衣服并用肥皂清洗头发和皮肤.眼部用2.5%碳酸氢钠溶液和0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗.
