Abstract
高龄孕妇(advanced maternal age,AMA)一般是指孕妇的分娩年龄大于或等于35岁.据统计资料表明,我国高龄孕妇的发生率正逐年上升,已达妊娠总数的4%～5%,但胎儿染色体异常检出数却占总的异常检出数的10%～40%[1],其母子合并症及并发症的发生率高于适龄孕产妇.
