Abstract
<正>随着我国人口的老龄化,合并COPD的高龄直肠癌病人增多,1996年1月~2006年1月,我院共收治70岁以上直肠癌合并COPD病人30例。现将护理体会报告如下:1临床资料本组30例,男21例,女9例;年龄70~85岁,平均75岁。其中Dixon术12例,Miles术9例,Hartmann术6例,姑息性手术3例。常规开腹手术23例,腹腔镜或腹腔镜辅助下手术7例。并存病情况:30例患者均有不同程度慢性支气管
