卫生理化检验制作标准曲线时,经典的方法是用刻度移液管吸取某一梯度体积的标准使用液,制成系列标准管x(体积或浓度),再经过一些中间处理步骤后,采用分光度法,电位法或其他仪器法等测定其对应值y,这样,就完成了标准曲线的制作.
