起始pH对樟芝菌丝体液体深层培养的影响

Abstract
采用液体深层培养的方法,研究了不同起始pH对樟芝菌丝体液体深层培养的影响,同时也探讨了添加KH2PO4对不同起始pH樟芝菌丝体液体深层培养的影响。试验结果表明:液体深层培养樟芝菌丝体适宜的酸碱度pH 5~7,最适酸碱度是pH 6;添加KH2PO4后,由于其对发酵液pH的缓冲作用,有利于樟芝菌丝体的生长。
