Abstract
对酵母菌(Saccharomyces)2.558进行紫外照射、紫外照射+LiCl复合处理获得了1株突变株F400-1,GSH细胞含量19.25mg/g,比出发菌株提高了535.38%;发酵液含量达到106.14mg/L,比出发菌株提高了745.03%。经遗传稳定性分析,证明菌株F400-1是遗传稳定的。
