腹腔镜胆囊切除术(1aparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)其创伤小、恢复快,较开腹胆囊切除术(open cholecystectomy,OC)的优越性,已被广大患者所接受.LC术中常遇到》2 am的胆囊结石,我们称之为巨大胆囊结石,处理棘手,易产生胆管损伤与胆漏.2001年1月～2006年1月,我们对43例巨大胆囊结石施行LC手术,现报道如下.
