Abstract
1 病例报告 患儿,女,6个月,其母代诉,46h前不慎碰翻保温瓶(水温约90℃)致前躯干、双上肢、左下肢烫伤入院.入院诊断:20%特中度烧伤,入科后第3天给予复方乳酸钠250ml+复方维生素(4)2mg静脉滴注,20滴/min,约25min后患儿哭闹不安,面部、会阴部皮肤出现大小不等皮疹,测体温37.7℃,呼吸:40次/min,心率:150次/min,考虑为复方维生素(4)过敏,立即更换液体予复方乳酸钠250ml静脉滴注,吸氧,予盐酸异丙嗪10mg静脉滴注,约20min后皮疹逐渐缓解,呼吸平稳,心率120次/min.
