骨碎补为水龙骨科植物槲蕨Drynaria fortunei(Kunze)J.Sm的干燥根茎,具有补骨强肾、续伤止痛的功能,常用于治疗肾虚腰痛、耳鸣耳聋、牙齿松动、跌扑闪挫等症,是临床上常用的一味中药,而在我们日常工作中,常发现有中华槲蕨、光叶槲蕨、崖姜、大叶骨碎补混充骨碎补供药用,给临床安全、合理用药带来了困难,现将骨碎补及其混淆品的鉴别特征介绍如下.
