北青七号是青海省海北州农业科学研究所于1987年用MDYT作母本、245作父本,通过有性杂交选育而成的优质丰产青稞新品种.原代号88繁45-1,属大麦属Walpersii korn变种.2005年1月10日通过青海省第六届农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名北青七号,品种审定证号:青种合字0188号.
