甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)是指由各种原因引起的甲状腺激素分泌过度而引发机体兴奋增高及代谢亢进的临床综合征.目前甲亢分为原发性甲亢(Graves病),继发性甲亢及高功能腺瘤等.我科近3年共行手术治疗原发性甲亢65例,效果较好,现总结报告如下.
