Abstract
论述压电压力传感器被测量气流加热出现失真的来源.研究结果指出干扰信号来源于传感器前端膜片受热膨胀使晶体片预载荷减载和晶体片升温产生的热电电荷.在传感器前端膜片外表面粘贴塑料薄膜后,则在测量期间可有效防止传感器前端膜片和晶体片被气流加热.给出了隔热薄膜厚度的估算方法.
