Abstract
目的通过测定急性脑梗死患者的血浆血栓调节蛋白(PTM)水平,以探讨PTM在脑梗死发病机制中的作用。方法用ELISA法对急性脑梗死患者血浆PTM水平进行测定。结果急性脑梗死患者的血浆PTM水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论PTM在急性脑梗死的发病机制中可能起重要作用。
