Abstract
前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤常见于交通事故伤、高处坠落伤及部队高强度训练伤,是一种严重的膝关节损伤,可导致膝关节失稳.自2003年5月～2005年12月,笔者通过关节镜技术,采用自体同侧半腱及股薄肌腱对17例ACL完全断裂患者行韧带重建手术,术后短期随访,效果良好.
