心电图计分诊断冠心病多支病变的意义

Abstract
对104例拟诊不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者行心电图计分,并分析其与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。结果心电图计分多支病变者与非多支病变者比较有显著性差异(P<0.001),且与冠状动脉狭窄支数呈正相关,r=0.513,P<0.001)。提示心电图计分可用于冠心病多支病变的诊断。
