Abstract
建立了用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器法测定畜禽肉中违禁药物沙丁胺醇残留的方法:样品经高氯酸溶液提取后,经液-液分配净化,浓缩;用Zorbax SB柱分离;荧光检测器检测,外标法定量。检测结果:沙丁胺醇的检测下限为0.01mg/kg,回收率大于60%,RSD小于10.7%。
